On the calm zone called Saraj in Ferizaj, where is planned a single family house neighbourhood, on the public area is planned a new restaurant that will be an attraction for residents as well as visitors. As a building, it is designed to have various spaces, from private rooms, lounge as well as dining areas inside and outside where green space is maximised. Atrium located on the main area brings natural light into the interior to create a warm feeling.
